I was wondering if you, Professor Rainier, or anyone else in the class, had some suggested reading from the supplementary text. Not Solomons, but from O. Chem as a second language. Are there any pages in here that go particularly well with chapter 12?

Chapters 5 and 6 in Klein cover carbonyl addition reactions including LAH and NaBH4. I'll post the most important aspect to the reductions.
Could someone tell me the difference between using H3O+ and NH4Cl as the last step of a gringnard product to protonate the R-O-MgBr?
